Nexus Packaging agrochemical containers are available with a comprehensive range of closures and fitments to suit all applications and products. Closures are child resistant and can be supplied with IHS foil or break band tamper evidence. Our agrochem caps and closures can be supplied in vented and breather format and we also supply pull spout closures.
Nexus also supply pumps for the safe and easy decanting of product. Our staff have extensive experience of high speed filling requirements and we can supply appropriate capping chucks if required. We have a range of tools to aid the tightening and removal of all caps and closures.
Standard closure stock colours are: black, white, red, green & blue.
Other colours are available on request (subject to minimum order quantities).
Breather closures stock colours are: red & yellow.

Pull spout closures stock colours are black with red spout.

Our 20 and 25 litre Ecostacker containers can be supplied with our Safepour® neck system.
This has been developed to completely eradicate the pouring and spillage problems in both large and small volume containers and massively reduce the risks of handling and decanting dangerous liquids. Designers and manufactures of liquid containers have been wrestling with the problem of inconsistent flow rates and inaccurate pouring for years.
The Safepour® anti-glug system allows air to enter the container via the neck area, equalising the pressure inside and outside the container giving a consistent, fast and safe flow of product.
Unlike existing anti-glug designs the Safepour® system does not require a complicated neck design, uses a circular neck bore and allows the use of standard closures and caps. Safepour® can be applied to containers “post manufacture” and to finished containers thereby reducing stocking requirements and simplifying logistics.
